What it does
Runs a weekly interview built on the Three Ms of AI (Mindset, Method, Machine). It reads your priorities, identity and connections, then walks you to one useful automation and builds that one artifact. One run produces one shipped result. It is not an audit: it asks which gap is costing you the most, not whether the setup is built right.
