What it does
Writes an end-of-session summary in chat, so you can clear the context and start a fresh agent without losing the thread. It covers decisions made, what shipped, key files, running processes, how to verify, what was deferred and open questions. It writes no file and updates no memory. Say "hand off" or "wrap up session".
