What it does
Adds paced motion graphics to an existing talking-head HyperFrames project: lower thirds, full-screen paper takeovers and transcript-synced callouts. It builds a coverage map, finds topic spans in the narration and adds a beat only where the narration needs one. It also validates the timing.
